These Terms govern your use of VaultDex ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least [16] years old (or have guardian consent).

Founding memberships & subscriptions

Founding "lifetime" access is a one-time purchase granting access for the operational lifetime of the Service. Paid subscriptions (when offered) renew until cancelled. Redeem codes are single-use and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; don't use it for unlawful purposes; and don't game the referral program with fake accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Valuations disclaimer

Card values and ROI figures are estimates for informational purposes only, sourced from third-party market data, and may be inaccurate or delayed. They are not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your buying, selling and grading decisions.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on valuation data.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be notified. You may stop using the Service at any time.
